I used an off the shelf hitch on my 1 ton, wish I knew what it was supposed to fit... only had to drill the mounting holes in the bottom of the frame. Hitch was already the right width for the 36" frame.

Take your measurements and go somewhere that has a lot of hitches in stock, you may also get lucky.
