The front is a bit more problematic as they will not clear the tie-rod ends. There are some trailer wheels that people have used here you can source as well. Do a search here on the topic and you should get some insight into those options. Since these are just temp wheels you can perhaps shop for the best deal. I got mine off a 91 Suburban from a wrecking yard for $80 for a set of four. I built my own steering arm and tie-rod for clearance.
