I am in pursuit of a suburban('47-'54) and am getting acquainted with them as we speak. There is a wealth of knowledge here on this site, and still finding my way around.
First question; for the '47-'54 subs, is there a particular year or years more desirable/valuable?
Second question; How does this community view or value the barn door vs. clam shell models of suburban?
Third; If updating to modern running gear, is there a standard of doing so that most would agree on?
