700r4 is an over drive trans. It's a nice combo with 4.10. Good low end and nice cruising on the highway. What motor is going in front of this set up? Maybe a 3.73 if the motor has enough bottom end. With 4.10 and 31" tire your at about 2200 rpm for 70 mph.
