Spanky, the hub covers were for the deluxe trucks. deluxe trucks had :full chrome headlamps, chrome spring type front bumper, and chrome hub covers front and rear. two chrome windshield wipers, chrome windshield frame, chrome telescopic mirrors, sun glare shield, arm rests, door locks and keys, full interior trim and heavier floor mats.....at a extra cost.(all from the brochure)
