If you're judging it solely on it being tractor paint and coming in a spray can then you're way off. All paint chips, and requires touch up at some point. Blitz Black is extremely durable. Maybe you should try it sometime.

If I needed a flat black for something I'd go with SPI.
I've used their Base, Clear, SS, and Epoxy so I know what I'm working with there. Having the ability to control the amount of 'flat' with the SPI would be a plus as well.
