Wow, I didn't think my seemingly simple question would spark such a 'spirited' discussion. I learned more than I anticipated with the responses.
I ended up painting the metal kick panels instead of buying the customized cardboard coverups and they look great. I am trying to keep the truck as original as possible and I like the look of the metal panels. Git_Er_Dun !!
