I'm in the process of trying to remove the seat riser of my 53 suburban in order to replace the floor. The front and sides are held in by spot welds (which I removed). How does the back of the seat riser connect? I'm guessing that it bolts to the cross support where the cab transitions to the wood.
I checked on tech tips but I did not find any info listed on this. Any help would be great.
