If you're running leafs, you could potentially get binding with a panhard on that setup. You'll want to be careful with the length of your panhard and that it allows for full suspension travel. They're typically used with coils, or 4-bars, or coilovers.

Your better bet to keep the rear centered is to make sure your bushings in your leafs are good. There shouldn't be a whole lot of side to side movement if everything is in good condition.
