Now that's the way I feel about POR treatments. I'm a believer
in first "getting rid of the rust", then painting the bare
metal as the only real way to treat a rusty component, not
painting over rust.

Spose I should make mention that when I posted POR I
meant Painting Over Rust as a generic term, not the
product POR-15.
