THIS LINK where a guy tried it and could not get the solution to mix... it was like oil and water... he called BS on the whole idea.
It seems the article dates to 2007... and without the original article a lot of people asked the same question I did.. how did they set up EXACTLY the same rust for 4-6 equal tests? Did they repeat it or just do it once?
