Welcome,rgunnz! I don't think you got hurt with this deal! Nice truck! I've only seen a couple of these,(in junkyards),where the pedal is stuck. But I'd think that either the linkage to the M.C. is "froze",(rusted),or your M.C. piston is stuck. Hope this helps.
