Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,269 Bubba - Curmudgeon | | Bubba - Curmudgeon Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,269 | In 1953, the second sea-shell style horn (hi-note) truck horn was mounted on the front of the dash (firewall) on the passenger side (an inside reinforcement plate was provided with the accessory hi-note horn). A diagram and instructions are given in the 1953 Accessories Installation Manual.
In 1954/55st, the dual horns were mounted on the front side of the radiator housing/frame.
