I used the vulcanized windshield gasket from Steele Rubber, and I was very pleased with the fit and fitness of the part. As with everything related to those darn windshields, installation needs to be done when you are in a very calm and patient mood. It also helps if you have a helper hold the windshield assembly while you work the gasket into the groove. I used a little glass cleaner as a lubricant while working the gasket into the groove.
