While Sids does excellent work, it's not the solution here, as the truck being asked about is a torsion bar IFS.
Lowering the front, I would advise against simply turning the bars down. While it will work, it will also alter the spring rate, making it too soft to support the weight of the truck. A better solution to lower it without drop spindles would be to re-clock the bars in relation to the control arms. That way, you get the ride height that you want without sacrificing spring ride, handling, and ride quality.
