You didn't answer my question..I already have the throttle cable and choke cable attached....i have no return when I push on the gas pedal...I believe I must be missing a spring that attaches from the arm (when I say arm I mean the 1/4 shaft that comes from the gas pedal...half way on my arm I have a clip with a hole..it appears to be where a spring was attached and other end I have no idea with...that is my question where does the other end attach to...the side of the block?
