So I double and triple checked everything! I have 6.147 volts on both sides of the coil. No spark coming out of the coil, but I have 6.147
Volts there as well with the key on. When I crank the motor everything drops to 4.3 volts and fluctuates between that and 3.9 volts. I just happened to touch the starter after two short attempts cranking the motor and it was hot. I ended up ordering a new starter. I have a feeling that the motor isn't spinning fast enough to get even the slightest spark.
Also I don't have fuel, I actually have to order a new one. But I do believe I need spark before I can get her running!
