Thanks for the quick responses! I been to the Grainger and McMaster-Carr and other sites where they have multitudes of connectors, but I don't know the right keyword to filter it down just to these types of connectors with the double/dual crimp. I paged through Graingers and if they were there, I missed them.
Here is an example of a disconnect BM-8 terminal from Ron Francis's web site. It shows the two crimps on the connector.

On AmericanAutoWire, they have a video showing crimping these connectors, and they do have pin connectors (for pin lug brake light swithces) and headlamp disconnects, but not loops or spade lugs.
