Whatever diesel engine you swap into the truck will likely have or be best with a different transmission.
Only way to use your existing PTOs is use the same model transmission as you already have or find one that takes the same model PTOs, which may be few or none. Or possibly change some PTO gears such that they then are compatible with a different transmission... it could get confusing and expensive.

If you use a newer or different transmission as I expect you would with a diesel engine then you'll have to find suitable PTOs that then fit your new transmission.
