Joe H 'Bolter J Joined: Feb 2000 Posts: 5,212 Lee's Summit Mo. 64086	I believe the problem was with oiling the cam followers and cam bearings, not the oil pump. The engine is based on the 230 but no parts swap over. Joe 1937 Chevrolet Inline-powered Streetrod
