OK, so show me where the NF-1,2,3 specifications have changed.... substantially enough for me to be wrong. You post a date.... but I'd like to see the tolerance differences... because even if they did change in 49, the pure, raw fact is that a class 2 bolt will tear up a class 3 nut.
