Memphisdoug, Just keep looking around. These were installed on many of the 1939-1947 larger Chevy trucks. I have a 1940 Chevy my grandfather bought new. It has this mirror on it originally. They removed it somewhere along the line because they vibrated too much, according to my Dad. They replaced it with just a long single arm that attached to the cowl. I wanted to put it back original and looked around for about a year before I finally found one on an old truck in a Craigslist ad. Good luck!
