I despise Chinese tires, but we are not left with a whole lot of other choices. Goodyear trailer tires are even made in China. I have several hundred Cooper tires on the ground and they are now made in Chine But they actually perform better than the Bridgestones we were using. I have about a dozen 445x50x22.5 singles on the ground now and they are all Michelin. Its too early to tell, but the drivers actually like the singles. For an older vehicle, I would recommend these.
I wouldn't put less than 80 psi in any 20 inch tire. Flexing sidewalls is what generates heat.
