I made bolt locks for the rear mounts before I bought the (now discontinued) locks from Truck Shop.
I'm pulling this from my foggy memory. You'll figure it out when you see the mount and frame ...
I used a fender washer. Make four cuts about half way into the fender washer with a hacksaw. Space the cuts as needed. Place the sawed washer under the bolt head when you install the mount. Bend two of the "flaps" up to wedge it. Bend two of the "flaps" down to lock against the flats of the bolt head. Use a hammer to bend the flaps tight.
