I have a 1949 chevy truck. I just recently purchased a frame with a mustang 2 independent from suspension already installed. And it came with a small block chevy 305 and a 700R4 transmission. The floors in my truck cab are rusted out and I was just wondering if I should replace with the original patch panels or make my own floors. Will the shape of the transmission fit with the original floors
