Pullers are inexpensive and you may be able to borrow one from your FLAPS. Put a little lube on seal lip and tap new ones into axle tube. As Dave says it's not that hard. Biggest/messiest task is getting the axles out. Check axle shaft surface that seal rides on for damage/pitting....love the smell of gear lube!
