Where did you get the floor mat?????
So far what I've seen looks real good.
Its so far one of the best resto's I have seen.
I'd give it a 90 out of 100.
Factory painted the wood in the bed, and never had any shiny bolts in there.
But it really is the best ever restored TF that I have ever seen. Looks real close to the Sherwood Green that a 59 has. I would not get it dirty, its a nice show truck. I'd research the white paint stick markings on the firewall. And fix the wood in the bed, and you have a super close to 100% perfect resto. Not sure about the heater color either for 56, its darker for 57 and up.
The firewall pad, should be card board. The floor mat tucks under it.
What kind of paint is used? How bad was the rust etc before you started? Yeah lots of work and time spent. Excellent work you did.
Thanks....The wood is black in color and my firewall pad was not in good shape at all and the firewall pad I have is all I could get at the time, also my truck is the original OCEAN GREEN paint for 1956, it had the typical rust in some small areas from water, it did not see any salt, it came from oregon....ROONEY3100
