Im doing the same thing right now with a 57 chevy.
How did you get the air cleaner decal to lay down so flat, mine just keeps curling up from the dome shape of the cleaner lid?
Mine didn't lay flat either, so I left it off, I will try and do it again sometime in the near future....Rooney3100
