For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 54 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 54 | I have a new harness from Jim Carter and two tail lights. I've also added a dual contact socket in the rears so that I have a brake, and a combined signal and a park/tail. I think i probably have something wired wrong because the tail lights are acting like park lights and are turning off when i put the headlights on. I don't mind the park lights on the front going off when the headlights are on, but I'll have to change my wiring to keep the tail light/park lights on the back on. I just wanted to see if originally the single driver side tail light was supposed to be on all the time and it sounds like it probably was.
