The Stovebolt Site Forums The Parking Lot Big Bolts 1948 Chevy COE throttle cable/linkage

I'm attempting to restore my 1948 Chevy 2 ton COE as original as possible. I just purchased a new throttle cable, the cable was missing so, I have no idea how it was originally installed. The only thing I do know is that it did not attach to the carburetor.

Does anyone have a photo or a diagram of the original cable/linkage?
