| | | | Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 73 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 73 | I swapped a T-5 for the original transmission in my '42 1/2 ton but now it appears I can't use the original brake/clutch set up. The mounting bracket for the 235 hits the side of the T-5. What have you guys done to fix this problem? Can I rework the bracket or do I have to go with a different set up? If so what works the best? I thought this swap was pretty straight forward...whew! | | |
