if it is the old windshield gasket it is best to get a new gasket.. so just take a razor knife and cut the old seal next to the glass toward the body from the outside to get the windshield out.. if it is a new seal i have worked slowly and lifted the seal from the body flange while pushing out from the interior side..but very very very much caution and soapy water must be used and dont get in a hurry.. but maybe someone else knows a better way
