I've been rewiring my '46 as I go, and there really isn't anything to it.

As long as you know how to use pliers to crimp on ends, use heat shrink tubing and solder, you're golden. All you need is time.

Total cost of mine so far: $35.00. And that's mostly ring terminals and heatshrink.
