Okay this is for a 4 wheel drum brake set up...
I figured I would change out the single master cylinder for a dual master cylinder (4 wheel drum) from a Chevy Nova. Both cylinders have a 1" bore. Question, do you need a proportioning valve in this setup or is that just for disc/drum combinations?? On my 1970 Nova with 4 wheel drums, there is a block under the master cylinder. I'm not sure if it is anything more than just a switch to turn on the dash light if pressure is lost either to the front or rear brakes from a leak.
