I have my OD out of the truck right now for rebuild. Haven't started that process yet, but let us know what you need pics of and we'll get them to you.
My truck (bone stock 57 3100) has a very simple pull
cable in the dash to lock out the OD. It pulls on a small
lever on the driver's side of the trans that prevents the OD from activating when the cable knob is pulled out.
Here is the end that connects to the lever.
