There are many methods. Another method includes friends and a few beers. Remove 4 cab bolts. Disconnect steering at the rag joint. Four or five guys to lift cab. Make sure 1 friend is available to steady the lift. In my case, we also lifted and rolled chassis out from under-neigh. It is nice to craft a dolly to mount cab on. We made quick work of it and then enjoyed the beer.
