The swap isn't that difficult and is certainly worth the effort in my opinion. Even with the adaptor plate I had to trim the bearing retainer and the input shaft. Wasn't a big deal at all, just take your time and measure 10x and cut once.... I went with the 14 spline setup and an 11" clutch from rockauto for $80 and used the stock press plate and throwout bearing..
