Thanks gents. I stopped by the local Ace Hardware store today, and picked up some fittings. Their selection was a little limited, so I had to get a couple of fittings for each connection to make it work. It pretty much doubles the number of threaded connections, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't leak. I won't know for a little while, since I have some other work to get done before I connect everything back up. Hoping for the best!
