| | | | Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 1,513 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 1,513 | I've had synthetic gear oil in my 1952 3 speed for several years and have changed it a couple times mostly just to inspect it and learned I went there unnecessarily. Never had any gear clashing issues and double clutching at speed into low to navigate rush hour works extremely well in my case.
