I have a 46 pickup with a dead battery. I "assumed" that I could remove the long side bolt from the battery tray and remove the battery from underneath the truck - no clearance. Am I missing something, or is the only way to remove/replace a deco pickup battery is to remove the floorboards and pull it out from above?
