These trucks came stock with the "spark arrestor" Bart. The only
other option was the oil bath filter, which by the way was a
pretty good filter, not as good as the "properly sized" dry
filters in use today, but pretty good.
And you are correct Bart, the paper filters that replace the
wire mesh and fit in the "spark arrestor" housing are for lawn
equipment engines.
