Fred, that is a good idea and we had something like that one year. Having the forum is another good way to check who can help on the way ... unless you don't have access while traveling.
That is kind of why we want to know where people are coming from so if they get stuck on their way, we can direct them to who's nearby.
That's also the reason to have the cell phone #'s and the day we are expecting folks to arrive. We try to hunt down the folks who are missing in case there is a problem.
I'm sure there's a better way to coordinate all this and we are open to suggestions ... for next year which will be the biggie.
