Well, it's in now and the generator guys used two of my three original generator wires so I only have one unused wire. They also removed the regulator got my idiot light working and connected the remaining wires. So this thing is in and it's not coming out. That old generator lasted me over twenty years. I should get at least the mileage from this 1 wire alternator. I might not even be here when that thing quits.....
