My truck: 1954 Chevy 3600 with original 235 engine with Rochester carb & 4 speed.
Rebuilt to stock specs.

Questions have to do with my AC nos Fuel Pump.

see photo of the fuel pump below @ photobucket.

I've been told that today's modern fuels with ethanol will eat up the original fuel pump diaphragm ?

If this is true...how do you work around it ?

I'd rather update the fuel pump than install it out of the box and then run into problems later with today's fuels.

Any suggestions ?

If replacement parts are needed...I'd need a source for those parts.

Need some experienced opinions.

Thank You,
George
