An article I’ve read says to run a jumper wire from the ignition to the gauge. I have a 6 volt system; if the original wire going to the gauge is still hot and I run a jumper wire, will it double the voltage & burn out my gauge? Thanks. What is connected to the other end of the wire now connected to the gauge. Do you also have a wire from the gauge to the sender in the fuel tank? | | |
