Well - put the drill to the pump and ran it for about 9 minutes at 2500 rpm. I could the drill build up a little pressure, but still nothing at the rockers.
Took an air hose to the oil outlet on the block, shot some air through and I can't feel any air coming out of the rockers. This isn't looking good...
