You will be time ahead to just replace the steel and rubber lines now. Any junk in the lines will just cause you hassle later. Brake fluid absorbs moisture. So it is safe to say all your WC and MC will need to you rebuilt. Do you really want to gamble with this? Start with new lines and at least rebuild the MC and WC.
