I am looking to replace the knee action shock with gas shocks, and I wanted to make sure I have all my ducks in a row.
This is on a '48 1 ton.
The replacement mounting bracket has four holes while the knee action has 2, do any of the holes line up? If not, what is the best method to make sure the top mounting bracket is in the right location?
What is the method for removing the the original knee action shock?
