Someone else should chime in here, but I'll throw my 2 cents in until that. 7.50-18 is 5.5-6.5" rim width, 7.00-18 is 5.0-6.0", as per Universal's website. Not a real big difference. Now, if you look around town, you'll see plenty of 4x4 late model 3/4 tons with 285/75r16's on factory 6.5" wheels, spec on those is 7.5-9" rim width. I would personally probably be more concerned about space between the duals.
