Ok, have a 59 1/2 toon with a 235, I have no experience with cars so I have some dumb questions. I'm in the process of installing an hei distributor that I got from Langdon's stovebolt, the instructions tell me to set cylinder #1 to 10-18 degrees btdc, there are a few marks on the fly wheel, a circle(not a bb) which Is tdc, right before the circle the are two vertical lines an inch or so apart, then a triangle a few inches before the lines. where exactly is 10-18 degrees, and what are these marks on the fly wheel?
